Mark brings to Synergy Urban Development Pty Ltd over 23 Years of experience as a project manager and senior executive working both in South Australia, the eastern states and Asia.
Through an outstanding work history Mark has applied his exceptional skill set, expertise, and professionalism in successfully completing some of Australia’s largest and most prestigious developments from 6-star hotels, high end apartments, student accommodation and contemporary residential housing.
With a successful track record, as both a senior executive and business owner in the construction industry, Mark provides the total package of knowledge and experience, with unrivaled understanding and passion for property development and the construction industry.

Paul has more than 20 years experience working and consulting to the urban development industry, and local government sectors. Working in senior management and consulting roles, Paul holds an impressive list of tertiary qualifications to his name, including Environmental Science, Urban Planning and Design, Project Management, and Business Analytics.
Throughout his career, Paul has applied his skills and experience in the urban design, development assessment and delivery of some of the largest and most complex urban land development projects undertaken in South Australia.
Paul is an expert in urban planning and design, land division, statutory development assessment, environmental management, eco-tourism, project management, systems modelling, business analytics, consultation, training and management.
His complementary knowledge and skills spanning all facets of the urban development industry, places him at the forefront of urban development innovation, management and customer service. Graeme has extensive experience as an Information Technology Manager, Programmer, System Analyst, Geographic Information Systems and more recently in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
